PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically obtain each piece of information on guests that is inputted from terminals at a front desk in a hotel, and to display the information on a B board apparatus for giving the information to a use. SOLUTION: When the guest uses a room telephone 7 for calling the B board apparatus 6, the B board apparatus 6 requests a hotel server 3 of each piece of information by the guests. The hotel server 3 sends each piece of information stored at a storage section to the B board apparatus 6, and the B board apparatus 6 displays the received information.
