PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester film at a cost lower than that of a heat resistant film, capable of being durable with respect to practical use, even under a high temperature conditions, such as at 160 deg.C. SOLUTION: The polyester film for the TAB lead tape of a biaxially oriented film, containing polyethylene-2,6-naphthalene dicarboxylate, as the main component and having a thickness of 75μm or larger. |
