PURPOSE: Provided is a thermal physiotherapeutic mat which has an infrared ray sensor scanning the heat distribution of the human body, memorizes its results in a memory and is operated according to the data. CONSTITUTION: The thermal physiotherapeutic mat is characterized by first scanning a human body using infrared ray linear sensor attached to an upper moving machinery part(102) which is movably equipped to a supporting bar(101); memorizing the scanning data in a memory and displaying the scanning data on a monitor; searching low temperature positions of the human body using memorized scanning data; selecting high or low of oscillation frequency to control the moving rate of an X-axis; vertically moving an intermediate lamp(107) of a Y-axis according to changes in the image density and addresses; and irradiating heat to the low temperature position of the human body using an upper complex lamp and a lower complex lamp, in which the scanning is carried out at intervals of 30 minutes or 1 hour.
