PURPOSE: Provided are a method of measurement for ceruloplasmin concentration in a blood spot using the standard curve of absorbency plotted by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA), and Wilson's disease screening test kit and diagnosis reagent using the same. CONSTITUTION: The method of measurement for ceruloplasmin concentration in a blood spot is characterized by using the standard curve of absorbency which is plotted by ELISA using a polyclonal antibody and a monoclonal antibody which are specific to holoceruloplasmin, wherein the blood spot is prepared by using filter paper.
