PURPOSE: A method for generating a detailed time using phase shift is provided to subdivide a time and generate the detailed time by using a low noise signal obtained from an oscillator including a PLL(Phase Locked Loop). CONSTITUTION: A phase is synchronized with a reference signal to perform an input control or a self control operation. A signal which is shifted as much as a proper frequency is generated(S1). The shifted frequency signal is converted to a sampling frequency(S2). The input signal is sampled by using a sampling pulse and the sampled signal is quantized(S3). The quantized value is stored temporarily(S4). The stored values are recomposed by referring to an equivalent sample interval and an order(S5). The recomposed signals are analyzed by using various analysis methods(S6). The analyzed result is displayed(S7).
