SOLUTION: In the case where a sales contract is effective between a seller 2 and a purchaser as contractor 3, based on the information on the goods which has been offered by the seller 2 without meeting each other, at least the fact that both parties have concluded this contract without meeting each other, the presence or absence of the persons in charge who have met each other, and the place where this contract has been concluded are stored in the memory 5 of the host computer 4 of the seller 2 as the information of the existing contractor 3, and the information of the existing contractor 3 is called based on search conditions such as the conclusion of the contract without meeting of both parties and the absence of the persons in charge who have met each other when necessary from the memory 5, and the information of the existing contractor 3 is read out is transmitted to the terminal computer 7 of a person 6 in charge of sales in a contract region, and the terminal computer 7 outputs the information of the existing contractor 3, which has been transmitted from the host computer 4. |
