PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a targeted document with ease and in a short time with supporting a change of expression style of the document. SOLUTION: In a support method for document preparation, a dictionary to store words and phrases expressing the same concept with establishing linkages between words and phrases making different impressions on persons is equipped to execute a morpheme analysis (step S310), the document is changed into a targeted document expression with displaying paragraphs differing in expressions by paragraph to choose any paragraph among the displayed paragraphs (step S320). With choosing appropriately choices differing in expressions appearing by paragraph, the documents executed in the morpheme analysis are converted into documents with completely different in expressions. Even when there are many paragraph choices, casual expressions for 'tomorrow' and 'I' are chosen in preceding paragraphs, so that the most promising casual expression for 'go' as a choice of an official expression for 'go' is highlighted in red characters to be chosen more easily than other paragraph choices. |
