PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data recording and reproducing device by which a user can control the recording and reproducing operation of streaming data of voice, etc., while a part where handwritten data of a tablet are recorded is indicated with a pen. SOLUTION: The data recording and reproducing device capable of relating and recording/reproducing the streaming data of voice, a picture, etc., and handwritten data of characters, graphics, etc., inputted from an input surface by a coordinate input means is provided with an angle detection means for detecting the inclination of the coordinate input means to the input surface and a recording and reproducing control means for controlling the recording/ reproducing operation of the streaming data based on the inclination information of the coordinate input means detected by the angle detection means. |
