SOLUTION: In an expected region of division on the substrate (11) where an integration type solar cell structure is formed nearly on an entire surface, a bonding blocking member (14) to the sealing resin is provided, the entire solar cell structure including the bonding inhibitor (14) is sealed by a protection film (13) via a sealing resin layer (12), a cutting line to the surface of the substrate is formed to the sealing resin layer (12) and bonding inhibitor (14) from the protection film (13), the substrate (11) is divided along the cutting line, the cut bonding inhibitor (14) is remove with cut portions in the sealing resin layer (12) and protection film (13), and the division end face of the substrate subjected to chamfering machining with a substrate surface portion that is exposed by the removal.</p>
