PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect such login that there is some doubt to be unauthorized by a simple method. SOLUTION: In a login statistical information database 6, a user name and frequency being successful of login every one hour are associated and stored. The login frequency of a corresponding time range in the user of a login statistical information database 5 is added by 1 when a login frequency counting part 7 obtains the user name having user identification and login, and login time. An unauthorized login detection processing part 8 performs verification by a predefined unauthorized login condition on the basis of the login frequency of the user after the user identification to determine presence of doubt about the unauthorized login. An inquiry processing part 9 inquires the presence of the login to the user being doubtful. |
