PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a non-real delivery of data whose real-time characteristics have been damaged by poor communication conditions, re- transmitting data at a later date and the like can not be automatically delivered to a correct data receiver with accuracy when a data center receives experimental data conventionally transmitted from an experimental apparatus mounted on an artificial satellite and transmits the data in real time to a person having charge of an experiment. SOLUTION: In a method for data delivery, a real-time delivery table specifying real-time delivery destinations specifying a real-time data receiving apparatus and non-real delivery destinations specifying a non-real data receiving apparatus is stored as a delivery history DB corresponding to data generating periods and data identifying keys in the data, the DB is searched at data collecting time in a received data requested the non-real delivery, so that it becomes possible to decide the non-real delivery destinations and automatically deliver to the correct data receiver with accuracy.
