PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sharp signal characteristics by improving a Q value in compact configuration. SOLUTION: A first wave filter part 11 for filtering a transmitting signal inputted to a first input part 16a, a second wave filter part 12 for filtering a transmitting signal inputted to a second input part 16b and a mixed output part 16c for mixing and outputting the filtered signals from the first and second wave filter parts 11 and 12 are provided on a circuit board. Capacitors C4, C5, C6 and C7 provided in the first and second wave filter parts 11 and 12 are formed from strip patterns, a ground plate 70 covering each of the capacitors C4, C5, C6 and C7 through a void is provided on the circuit board, and a movable element 71 adjustable height wise is provided on that ground plate 70.
