PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disaster prevention system which can check operating state, setting contents, etc., in the hot line state, set data and remotely monitor without exclusive telephone line. SOLUTION: A receiver of the disaster prevention facility is provided with a first storing means for renewing and storing the latest state of the disaster prevention state and a sending means for reading out and sending state data from the first storing means when a latest request is made from outside. A homepage making means for making a homepage which can be accessed from outside is provided at the receiver, and when there is a state change in the disaster prevention facility, this state change is renewed and stored in the homepage by the homepage making means, the disaster prevention facility is connected to a sever for internet, and a sending means is provided to send the status change data to the server when there is the status change in the disaster prevention facility, and the server has a making means for renewing and making a homepage for disaster prevention based on the received state data.
