PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescence element that has a simple multilayered lamination structure. SOLUTION: An organic substance constituting a luminescent layer 40, is soluble in a solvent having a solubility parameter, which lies outside of the solubility range of an organic substance constituting a first organic layer 20 formed in lamination on an anodic layer 10 side of the luminescent layer 40, and an organic substance, constituting a second organic layer 60 formed in lamination on a cathode layer 70 side of the luminescent layer 40, is made soluble in a solvent with the solubility parameter outside a solubility range of the organic substance constituting the luminescent layer 40.
