PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a time for raising a temperature of an internal heat exchanger to a set temperature after starting as much as possible in a storage chamber for warming. SOLUTION: Internal heat exchangers 3-5 are provide respectively in a plurality of storage chambers A-C partitioned by a heat insulating wall, are connected to a compressor 1 and an external heat exchanger 2, and cool and warm an inside of the storage chamber by switching solenoid valves 15A-15B. In such the storage chamber for warming C of a heat pump type vending machine, a flow of coolant to the external heat exchanger 2 is stopped and condensation is concentrated to the internal heat exchanger 5 of the storage chamber for warming after the start until an internal temperature of the storage chamber for warming C rises to a predetermined value so as to speed up an increase of a temperature of the storage chamber for warming. Furthermore, a fan of the storage chamber for warming is stopped, and a fan of a storage chamber for cooling is fully operated after the start until the internal temperature of the storage chamber for warming rises to the predetermined value so as to further speed up the increase of the temperature of the storage chamber for warming.
