PURPOSE: A working load control method of a continuously variable tractor is provided to control speed of the tractor by calculating load applied to an engine with measuring RPM(revolution per minute) of the engine, and to improve working efficiency by optimizing traveling state of the tractor. CONSTITUTION: A tractor is composed of a speed setting lever(15), an electronic hydraulic control unit(26), a speed difference calculating unit(19), a load signal calculating unit(20), and a signal integrating unit(21). The amplifying rate is zero within the no-load range not applying load to the engine, and vehicle speed is not changed according to signals of little speed difference. Load is applied to the engine within the deceleration range, and a signal proportional to load torque is output to the signal integrating unit. The engine is stopped quickly by the load torque within the sudden deceleration range, and the tractor is decelerated promptly with increasing the amplifying rate. Working efficiency is improved with regulating speed of the tractor by adjusting rpm of the engine according to load.
