A phrase input reception part 203 receives the input of a phrase, an advertisement information acquisition part 204 uses the received phrase as a related phrase to perform retrieval from the 2nd information storage part 212 and thus obtains the phrase corresponding to the related phrase to obtain advertisement information stored in the 1st information storage part 211 while made to correspond to the corresponding phrase, and an advertisement information providing part 205 provides the obtained advertisement information.
