PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent erroneous transmission data from repetitively transmitting when a data transmissions is taken place. SOLUTION: A user selects a transmission addressee from a registration table D1 of the transmission addressee in a storage 23 when a data transmission is taken place. A display controller 313 decides whether or not the transmission addressee selected with the registration table D1 of the transmission addressee corresponds to error data. If the error data corresponds to the addressee, the display controller 313 acknowledges an error occurrence to the user by displaying the error occurrence on a display device 12 and asks the user to take an action for the error. Furthermore, an error decision function 314 decides whether or not a received electronic mail is an error mail when a data transmission system 1 receives the mail. If the mail is the error mail, the error decision function 314 adds the error data to the registration table D1 of the transmission addressee.
