PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage controlled circuit in which a C/N characteristics is stable in an oscillation frequency even in low voltage. SOLUTION: In this voltage controlled circuit comprising a resonance circuit 11 provided with a resonating means composed of a stripline SL2 and a varicap diode Dv, a negative resistance circuit 12 provided with a transistor Q2 for oscillation that sets an oscillation condition together with an oscillation signal of the resonance circuit 11, and an amplifier circuit 13 provided with a transistor Q1 for amplification that amplifies an oscillation signal from the negative resistance circuit and providing an output, the stripline line SL2 of the resonating means and a stripline L for performing mutual induction action are arranged between the emitter of the transistor Q2 for oscillation and a ground potential.
