PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pixel structure of a full color OLED display element, and to provide its manufacturing process. SOLUTION: This pixel structure of the full color OLED display element includes a black matrix by one piece, a color-changing medium(CCM) area by one piece, thin-film transistors by two pieces, a storage capacitor by one pieces, and an OLED element structure by one piece connected onto a base board. This manufacturing process of the full-color OLED display element pixel structure includes processes: (a) a black matrix manufacturing process, (b) a polysilicon island forming process, (c) a gate forming process, (d) an interlayer forming process, (e) a CCM process, and (f) an OLED implant (OLED deposition) process.
