PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thrust load pressurizing mechanism capable of realizing the smooth movement of an optical pickup moving mechanism by suppressing the movement of a rotating shaft in an axial direction due to the play of the rotating shaft of a thread motor in an optical pickup moving mechanism of a disk unit, and to provide the disk unit provided with the thrust load pressurizing mechanism. SOLUTION: This optical pickup moving mechanism 35 for moving an optical pickup 351 by a worm 361 where screw-shaped teeth are formed, comprises a pressurizing member 381 abutting on the worm 361 as a thrust load pressurizing mechanism 38 that is provided at the top end side of the worm 361, abuts on the top end of the worm 361 and regulates the movement of the worm 361 in an axial direction by urging the worm 361 toward a base end side from the top end side, a compression coil spring 400 for pressing the pressurizing member 381 from the top end side of the worm 361 toward the base end side, and a support member for supporting the pressurizing member 381 the compression coil spring 400.
