PURPOSE: To easily connect a coaxial cable to an electric connector or a printed wiring board, to prevent separation of an outer conductor or a center conductor, secure shield performance of a signal conductor, and to connect an ultra-thin wire by an automatic machine. CONSTITUTION: This binding member 10 and 20 for a coaxial cable is formed in a cylindrical form to cover the outer conductor 83 or the center conductor 81 exposed from an insulation coating 82. The binding member is formed of lead-free super-high conductive plastic comprising a conductive resin composition. The electric connector 30 for the coaxial cable is provided with electric contacts 31 and 32 having receiving ports 31a and 32a to which the binding member is inserted.
