aviation. SUBSTANCE: aircraft has fuselage, stabilizers with rudders and elevators, power plant connected with propeller, landing gear and control mechanisms. Fuselage has two smooth flat platforms: upper and lower platforms which are parallel relative to each other. Upper platform is provided with fins forming horizontal wave passages. Wing is mounted on struts above fuselage; wing is made in form of plate pointed at the front and at the rear and provided with fins on its upper surface forming horizontal wave passages. Power plant has gas-turbine engine with several gas turbines isolated one from another and mounted on common shaft, one end of this shaft is connected with starting electric motor through expanding clutch and other end is connected with drive shaft of step-down reduction gear. Intake and exhaust passages of each gas turbine are interconnected by means of pipe line with ionizer, accelerating system and neutralizer arranged insulate this line. Gas ionizers, accelerating systems and neutralizers are electrically interconnected with nuclear high-voltage batteries by means of switching unit. Each nuclear battery has radioactive metal salts.
