SUBSTANCE: method for detection of coronary reperfusion at thrombolytic therapy is based upon studying structurally functional characteristics of neutrophils before and after introduction of thrombolytic preparations. Moreover, coronary reperfusion is detected according to the dynamics of potassium content in neutrophils 0.013-0.034 mcmole/106 cells, diene conjugates 13.2-27.3 nmole/106 cells, myeloperoxidase 0.03-0.024 c. u. /106 cells.
