ENCAPSULATED LENS RETROREFLECTIVE SHEETING

Encapsulated-lens retroreflective sheeting (10) is described which contains an improved binder layer (11). The binder layer (11) is obtained form a film-forming mixture which comprises: (A) a vinyl chloride copolymer, (B) a thermoplastic polyurethane, and (C) an aminoplast resin. Such binder layer (11) exhibits improved adhesion to metallized beads (14) and to a variety of cover films (15) such as acrylic films.
