technology of polymers. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polymeric film materials based on polyolefinic base used for package of foodstuffs. Monolayer or multiplayer polymeric film material is produced by extrusion of polyolefins melt modified with a copolymer of propylene and diene in the mass ratio of components = (75-85) : (15-25), respectively, or with a copolymer of propylene and diene with ethylene in the mass ratio of components of copolymer = (20-80) : (0.5-9.0) : : (9.5-79.5), respectively, in the presence of 20-65 wt. % of modifying agent. Material shows the sufficient hardness, clearance, bright attractive surface, clearly expressed residual deformation of bending and twisting (twist-effect), physiological harmless in direct contact with foodstuffs. It is possible the rate cutting material in different directions being without formation of cracks and deformation of edges.
