<p>The invention relates to a dosing method and a corresponding pasta dosing machine comprising an external casing (1) that contains a rotor (4) which is provided with blades (5) that can be extended and retracted according to a cam profile, thereby pushing the pasta towards an outlet pipe (6). The inventive machine can also optionally comprise a second pumping body having similar characteristics to those mentioned above, which is disposed in series on top of the aforementioned body and which exerts a certain pressure on the pasta to be dosed.
