A drive assembly (30) of a movable electrode housing has an inclined groove (34) terminating at a vertical groove (35). When the assembly is moved downwards or upwards, driving pins (15) of a fixed electrode housing (10) reach either upper end of vertical groove or terminal end (34B) of inclined groove respectively. A micro switch (36) detects the downward or upward motion to allow a relay to close or open a main circuit respectively.
