Pulling is connected to head part of device, and new pipeline, two tail part. Device is introduced into existing pipeline, and solution or suspension is sprayed through nozzle to facilitate breaking of existing pipeline by knives and driving-in new pipeline. Additions to solution and delivery rates are specified in description of invention.
