PURPOSE: A multifunctional complex incoming/distribution panel is provided to minimize an installation area of the multifunctional complex incoming/distribution panel by improving a structure of the incoming/distribution panel having various functions. CONSTITUTION: A main body(100) of an incoming/distribution panel is divided into a front low voltage section(10), an intermediate ultra high voltage portion(20), and a rear ultra high voltage portion(30). The front low voltage section(10) is formed with an upper side portion(10a) and a lower side portion(10b). A dual door is formed by an inner door(11) and an outer door including an internal window. The intermediate ultra high voltage portion(20) is formed with an upper side portion and a lower side portion. The intermediate ultra high voltage portion(20) includes an internal window(21) and a switching door(22). The rear ultra high voltage portion(30) is formed with an upper side portion(30a) and a lower side portion(30b). The rear ultra high voltage portion(30) includes an inner door(31) including an internal window and an outer door(32). A wire duct(40) is formed along both sidewalls of main body(100).
