The invention relates to a method for monitoring wind energy plants, whereby an acoustic monitoring is particularly carried out. In order to further improve the maintenance, safety and economic viability of a wind energy plant it is desirable to monitor further parameters of the wind energy plant. The aim of the invention is thus to improve the monitoring of wind energy plants. A method for monitoring a wind energy plant thus comprises an arrangement whereby the sound arising in said region is recorded, by means of a sound pick-up, preferably in the interior of the wind energy plant where electrical or mechanical units are applied and the further arrangement therein of an optical recorder, for example a camera, the camera directed or capable of being directed towards the origin of said sounds. |
