PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a technical problem in washing a nozzle itself by self-jetting of the nozzle without wetting and soiling a toilet bowl in regard to washing of the washing nozzle of a warm water washing toilet seat that jets warm water from the nozzle washes the private parts of a human body. SOLUTION: The jet flow rate of the washing nozzle 4 is controlled to 0.15 L/min or less by a wash water flow control means, and the wash water jet face of the washing nozzle 4 is formed in recessed shape. That is, the flow rate of the wash water is adjusted and restricted to allow the jetted wash water to flow down along the nozzle surface without gushing out of the jet, and since the nozzle surface is particularly formed in recessed shape, the wash water tends to stay on the nozzle surface, and stuck dirt can be washed away. Washing can be performed in the state of the nozzle being pulled out of the storage position, thereby preventing the wash water from dripping to the rib part of the toilet bowl not to soil the toilet bowl.
