METHOD FOR ANALYZING STATE IN DRY ZINC SMELTING FURNACE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze the inside of a blast furnace by a dry zinc smelting ISP method which enables reproduction of actual operation and follows change in the situation in the furnace caused by change in operational condition. SOLUTION: The state of reaction in an area in which the reducing reaction of at least zinc oxide, lead oxide and iron oxide out of the composition of a sintered ore is performed as the main reaction in the blast furnace for dry zinc smelting to take out zinc out of the sintered ore containing at least zinc oxide, lead oxide, iron oxide, calcium oxide and silicon oxide by using coke, is analyzed by using a computer system.
