PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray curing sheet-forming resin providing a resin sheet having excellent heat resistance and transparency, low water absorption coefficient without problems of discoloration, in particular suitable for optoelectronic elements. SOLUTION: This active energy ray curing sheet-forming resin agent comprises (A) one or more kinds of di(meth)acrylates selected from the group consisting of the following (A-1) to (A-3). (A-1) a di(meth)acrylate containing one monocyclic aliphatic ring, (A-2) a di(meth)acrylate containing two monocyclic aliphatic rings and (A-3) a di(meth)acrylate having diphenyl sulfide group.
