Signals received from transducers (2a,2b) through a switching device (3) and an amplifier (5) are delivered to a data reduction equipment (8). The signals are sampled by an A/D converter (9), converted into a digital data set and recorded in a memory (11). A CPU (10) processes the signals and picks up wave-form data including peak values from the memory. The peak values are screened to obtain a value corresponding to fluid including a number of bubbles or solid particles, to generate a control signal for the amplifier and to set the required peak value. |
