PURPOSE: A process for producing fermented drink using Saururas chinensis Baill and Houttuyniae Herba is provided, thereby the high quality fermented drink can be produced. CONSTITUTION: The process for producing fermented drink using Saururas chinensis Baill and Houttuyniae Herba comprises the steps of: pulverizing leaves and stems of Saururas chinensis Baill and Houttuyniae Herba using a vegetable juice extracting machine; adding 30 wt.% of sugar into the Saururas chinensis Baill and Houttuyniae Herba pulverized solution and mixing them; first fermenting the mixture for 10 days; adding honey into the first fermented mixture and second fermenting the mixture for 30 days; and storing the fermented drink for 1 year to separate microparticles and raw material from the fermented drink, in which the weight ratio of a mixture of Saururas chinensis Baill and Houttuyniae Herba, and sugar is 7:3.
