PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical heat-shrinking device for a heat shrinkable tube which can be uniformly shrunk without using any flame and save labor. SOLUTION: In this vertical heat-shrinking device for the heat shrinkable tube, a hook 4 to be hooked to a curtain rail 1 is fitted to an upper edge part a between an annular upper tightening member 2 with the curtain rail 1 fitted to the lower side thereof and an annular lower tightening member 3, a surface heater tightening member 7 for fixing one end part c of a surface heater 6 of a predetermined length with a spring 5 fitted to thereto is fitted to the other end part b in the longitudinal direction, and a U-shaped supporting member 8 for locking the spring 5 in an expanded manner is fixed to the upper tightening member 1 and the lower tightening member 2.
