PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new joint capable of connecting a main to a manhole with an angle of inclination fitting a site at a low cost and connecting a branch pipe and a supporting pipe to the main. SOLUTION: A connecting joint capable of adjusting an angle of inclination of the manhole or a culvert, the main, the branch pipe and the supporting pipe is so constituted that a metal plate made-collar body having a boring section surrounded by driving an anchor from the outside into a side hole provided to a new or the existing manhole or the culvert and the main and an intermediate part of a metal plate made-right cylindrical body having an inside cylinder section and an outside cylinder section in the boring section of the collar body are allowed to incline within a range of 50 deg. in each of up and down and rig htand left in accordance with site conditions to make weld mounting and that the main, the branch pipe and the supporting pipe are slantly mounted by fitting the angle of inclination at the site.
