PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gel-like hair remover composition capable of carrying out treatment by simple operation of only direct application of a gel to a part for hair removal in a short time without caring about a malodor of an agent and cleanly peelable. SOLUTION: This gel-like hair remover composition is obtained by formulating a keratin reducing compound with a hydrophilic high polymer having ionic groups, a cross-linking agent and water. The hair removing gel sheet has the gel-like hair remover composition on a support and/or in the support.
