PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion device in which the flame-forming direction is stabilized avoiding the device to become large. SOLUTION: The combustion device is provided with, a heat chamber 1, in which an oxygen containing gas is flowed and led to a fuel gas jetting part H; and a straightening vane 4 which is disposed in the heat chamber 1, so as to traverse the heat chamber 1 and has a discharge part T for discharging the oxygen, containing gas that flows into the heat chamber 1; the fuel gas sprayed from the spray part H is burned with the oxygen containing gas jetted from the discharge part T; and the discharge part T is provided with a guide P, that protrudes toward the flowing direction of the oxygen containing gas in the heat chamber 1, with respect to the straightening vane 4.
