PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing plate capable of easily ensuring an uniform high adhesive strength with a surface finishing member without requiring a skilled work or cleaning work in the surface finishing of a FRP-made reinforcing plate with mortar or the like. SOLUTION: This reinforcing plate is formed of a FRP plate having an irregular surface formed one side thereof, a FRP plate having a resin layer having an irregular surface on one side thereof, a FRP plate having a cloth having fluffing texture on the surface on one side thereof, or a FRP plate having one side roughened by adhering siliceous particle to the one side.
