PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative panel excellent in transparency, color developability, weatherability, flexibility, durability, elasticity restoring properties and soft feeling. SOLUTION: The decorative panel is constituted by laminating a layer (a) comprising multilayered structural polymer particles and a layer (b) comprising other component. The multilayered structural polymer particles has a rubber component layer (I) formed by copolymerizing a monomer mixture containing acrylic ester and a polyfunctional monomer and a thermoplastic resin component layer (II) formed by polymerizing a monomer consisting of methacrylic ester and other monomer as an arbitrary component and satisfy such a condition that, (1) the number average mol.wt. of the thermoplastic resin component constituting the outermost layer is not more than 30,000, (2) a mass ratio of layer (I)/layer (II) is 30/70-90/10, and (3) an average particle size is not more than 150 nm. The other component is selected from other thermoplastic resin, a thermosetting resin, vulcanized rubber, glass, a metal, gypsum, concrete, wood, particle board and paper.
