After purchasing products through an Internet electronic commerce, the cost can be paied through the gift certificate(5). That is, according to removal of the coating material or sticker(10) coated on the sold gift certificate, issuing information is revealed from the gift certificate(5), and then by using the issuing information, the cost can be paied. Also, the scratched gift certificates disclosed issuing information does not be sold or purchased.
