摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling mechanism, capable of executing appropriate fit control by controlling the share ratio of the temperature difference to be lowered at an absorption water cooler/heater side to the temperature difference to be lowered on an ice storage tank side, and to provide a method for controlling the same. SOLUTION: The cooling mechanism comprises the absorption water cooler/ heater (10), the ice storage tank (2), an energy consumption amount measuring means (flowmeter 32, a consumption power sensor 11) for measuring the consumption amount (Q, W1) of the energy necessary to operate the cooler/heater (10), an energy consumption amount measuring means (consumption power sensor 12) for measuring the consumption amount of the energy necessary for operating the tank (2), and a control means (70). The control means (70) has a function of deciding the ratio (sharing ratio) of the temperature difference to be lowered at the cooler/heater (10) side and the temperature difference to e lowered at the tank (2) side, so that the cost of the energy consumption amount necessary to operate the cooler/heater (10) and the tank (2) becomes a minimum.
