PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solenoid valve that suppresses leakage in a simple structure and has high responsiveness and stability. SOLUTION: This solenoid valve has first and second puppet valves 21 and 23 for closing an inflow chamber 8 and a pressure control chamber 9, and the pressure control chamber 9 and an outflow chamber 10. A valve element member 17 is integrally formed of first and second valve elements 18 and 19, and a solenoid thrust force is transmitted to the valve element member 17 via a second pin 22.
