PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that, in order to facilitate the start of peeling of a release paper of a double-coated tape, improvements on the material or thickness of the release paper have been tried so far; however, such improvements are not enough and the development of a new double-coated tape improved so as to more rapidly peel the release paper has been required and that, with the increase in the necessity for recycling, the demand for a double-coated tape which facilitates the dismantling or disassembly of a part and has a high performance is increasing. SOLUTION: A continuous cut line is drawn on a release paper of a double- coated tape in order to facilitate the peeling of the release paper by peeling it from the cut line; a double-coated tape with a release paper with a cut line which enables the adhesive strength of the front or back side to be adjusted by peeling the left or right side of the release paper and bonding the double- coated tape is invented; and a double-coated tape with a release paper with a discontinuous cut line which enables the whole release paper to be peeled at the same time by drawing a discontinuous cut line on the release paper is invented.
