PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition excellent in scratch resistance, wear resistance and mechanical properties (especially elongation at break). SOLUTION: This thermoplastic elastomer composition is obtained by dynamically heat-treating the components (A) to (C) shown below in the presence of a crosslinking agent or a crosslinking agent and a crosslinking auxiliary; (A): an ethylene and/orα-olefin-aromatic vinyl compound copolymer, (B): an ethylene-α-olefin-based copolymer rubber and (C): an olefin-based resin.
