PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vinyl chloride paste sol composition exhibiting an enough thixotropic behaviour without adding so much a thixotrope and solvent which have problems in productivity, cost, product quality and environmental load or the like. SOLUTION: The composition has the following two components as essential components: (A) a vinyl chloride paste resin obtained by subjecting a vinyl chloride monomer to radical polymerization in the presence of a specific compound having a thiocarbonylthio structure. (B) a plasticizer.
