PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturized simple container loading equipment at low cost capable of realizing the container handling work by one worker. SOLUTION: A filling tower 2 having a filling part 4 is provided, and a container handling means 10 is provided near the filling tower 2. The container handling means 10 is formed of a movable body 23 having a container support part 26 and possible to be freely tilted and a fork device 40 provided with a fork 53 freely to be elevated and moved in the lateral direction for appearance and disappearance in relation to the movable body 23. The fork device 40 is operated to deliver a container 75 with a combination of the elevation and the lateral directional movement of the fork 53. The fork device 40 tilts the movable body 23 in the condition that the movable body 23 receives the container 75, and the container 75 is integrally tilted with the movable body 23 to fill cargos. The only container handling means 10 can deliver and tilt the container 75.
