PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a transpiration film of a polyolefin which can at least partially solve the problems of the formation of micro holes and the nonuniformity of a vaporization/dispersion capacity and an apparatus for the method. SOLUTION: The method for producing the transpiration film of the polyolefin by means for extruding bubbles of a charged LLDPE mixture, for flattening an extruded pipe to obtain a flat film, and for stretching the flat film in the cross direction and/or in the longitudinal direction and a plant therefor are disclosed.
